Entity formation, business and corporate planning and counseling, business sales and acquisitions, organization of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships; probate; elder law; estate planning, wills, and trusts, and real estate, with an emphasis in landlord representation.
After completing law school at Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Isaac returned to his home State of Montana after law school and practiced in the State Capitol of Helena, Montana, with an emphasis on commercial transactions, elder law estate planning, and commercial transactions. Isaac returned to Spokane in 2020 and continues to practice business law, elder law and general estate planning. While practicing in Spokane, Isaac stayed up-to-date on changes in Washington's Residential Landlord Tenant Act during and post-COVID, and now maintains a comprehensive practice representing and advising property owners, managers and landlords. Isaac is admitted to practice before all Washington State Courts, all Montana State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana.
While earning his law degree, Isaac served as Executive Editor of the Gonzaga University Law Review, Secretary Treasurer of the Spokane County Bar Association Indian Law Section, a Class Representative on the Gonzaga University School of Law Student Bar Association, and was awarded the Morey-Maurice Award for Service and Leadership. Isaac maintains an active role in the local Rotary Club of South Spokane, where he currently acts as Membership Chair.
