Real estate law, including boundary line adjustments, contracts and leases, deeds, easements, and liens, foreclosure, quiet title litigation, and residential and commercial closings; construction law, including contracts, bond claims and litigation, and construction defect litigation; commercial collections; family law.


Prior to beginning his legal career, Kyle was an enlisted member and officer in the United States Army. He was a member of the United States Air Force JAG Corps from 1997 to 2004, and then operated his own law practice in Spokane Valley until joining Stamper Rubens in 2011. Kyle’s practice is concentrated in the area of real estate law, with a focus on quiet title, construction defect, and bond claim litigation, boundary line adjustments, residential and commercial closings, and foreclosures. Kyle is admitted to practice before all Washington state courts and the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

Kyle is the legal advisor to Camp STIX Diabetes Programs. He is also a Board Member and Presdient Elect of the Greater Spokane Valley Rotary Club.
