The Spokane firm now known as Stamper Rubens, P.S. was formed in 1986 when Randall L. Stamper opened a new practice with one partner. Although the firm has grown and its composition has changed over the years, the attorneys at Stamper Rubens have embraced the firm’s founding philosophy of providing extraordinary, high-value service and personal care, while incorporating innovative and individual approaches to meet its clients’ needs.
