Background
Randy, a dynamic individual with an enterprising spirit, has practiced law for almost 40 years. He started the firm now known as Stamper Rubens in 1986, and based his practice on a philosophy of providing extraordinary service with high-value, personal care. Randy has been rated a health care law Washington Super Lawyer by Washington Law & Politics, and his practice also emphasizes financing and major corporate restructuring.
Randy has been and continues to be very active in the Spokane community and surrounding areas. He is a board member and General Counsel for Inland Empire Boy Scouts of America, Chairman of the Board of American Baptist Homes of the West, and Chairman of the Board of Cornerstone Affiliates. He is an emeritus member of the board of directors of Shriner’s Hospital, a board member of the East Central Community Center, and a member of the Rotary International Committee.
