Background

Steve began his law practice in 2004, joining Stamper Rubens in 2006.  His practice focuses on all aspects of business, corporate and commercial law, taxation, probate, estate planning, and real estate transactions.

Steve is an active member of the Spokane community.  He is an active member, and serves as director and the Treasurer of Spokane Valley Sunrise Rotary and is a Paul Harris Fellow (plus 4); serves as the President of the Executive Board of the Inland Northwest Council of the Boy Scouts of America as well as an adult leader in his son's Boy Scout Troop; is a member of the Board of Directors for Spokane Valley HUB; and is a member of the Spokane Estate Planning Council.  He is also a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Steve is rated as a 10.0 Superb Attorney by Avvo.com, and is rated as Distinguished with High Ethical Standing by Martindale-Hubbell.  

Steve has established a practice based upon providing practical advice for the resolution of complex issues, business planning and providing guidance to his clients in all aspects the operation of their businesses, as well as advising and guiding families in their personal estate planning and business transitions.
